Leading Sheep is offering Queensland lamb, sheep and wool producers the opportunity to visit the National Merino Sheep Show and Ram Sale in Dubbo plus a tour of Fletchers International Abattoir.

Show attractions:

• Displays from Merino studs across Australia.
• Farm expo - businesses selling everything from ag bikes, tools, machinery, rural merchandise, clothing, sheep yards and handling equipment, contractors and sheep dogs.
• Cocktail party showcasing AWI's Autumn Winter fashion collection.
• Naming of the Australian Supreme Ram.
• AWN Fleece Show and School Wether Challenge.

Visit to Fletchers International Abattoir:

• A tour through the abattoir.
• Presentation and discussion with key staff and buyers for Fletchers.
• Discussion with the manager of the Fletchers property at Condoblin and how they achieve their results.

Presentations from industry experts on the bus and at the show (TBA).

All this for only $200 per person including GST.
(Includes travel to and from Dubbo, accommodation, breakfast and cocktail party).

Cost must be paid for by Tuesday 19th August to guarantee your seat on the bus.

• Tour starts at Charleville and will travel through Cunnamulla, Bourke, Nyngan, Narromine and onto Dubbo
• Presentations from industry experts on bus (TBA)

Wednesday 27 August

• Visit National Merino Sheep Show
• Presentations from industry experts at show (TBA)
• AWI Cocktail party and fashion show

Thursday 28 August

• Tour Fletchers abattoir
• View National Merino ram sale
• Discussion with Fletchers Condobolin farm manager
• Dinner and presentation from industry expert

Friday 29 August

• Travel home
