Hi <<First name>>

Severe Tropical Cyclone Debbie has inflicted widespread damage to our agricultural communities and our thoughts are with all those affected by this natural disaster.

Community Recovery Hubs have been established in Andergrove, Beenleigh, Bowen and Mackay to assist these communities post disaster. The Queensland Farmers Federation www.farmerdisastersupport.org.au website has additional information about how to access support networks. QRAA has activated natural disaster assistance for TC Debbie. QRAA officers are on the ground at the Community Recovery Hubs. More information is available by calling 1800 623 946 or by visiting www.qraa.qld.gov.au.

With the high risk associated with quad bike accidents, Kim Vuong from the Queensland University of Technology invites parents with children aged between 3 and 16 years old to participate in a 20 minute survey to explore quad bike use for children. This study is a collaboration between the Queensland University of Technology and the Centre for Accident Research and Road Safety - Queensland.
