Dr Lawrence Gavey, Principal Veterinary Officer, Biosecurity Queensland.Lawrence has worked in state veterinary medicine, particularly the management of established diseases and animal welfare, in Victoria, South Australia and Queensland, for more than 20 years, after five years in veterinary practice. He is strongly driven to support the sheep industry.
